operations (now under the Mvelaserve banner).
Investment strategy
The Mvelaphanda Group’s investment strategy is to leverage off
its strong BEE credentials and entrepreneurial base/skills to
acquire meaningful stakes (measured in terms of value to the
Group) in prominent South African corporates across a range of
market sectors, which have good growth prospects in the medium
term as a result of their strong market position, excellent
management and sound industry fundamentals.

Our strategy is to build Mvelaserve into the leading provider of
outsourced services to South Africa and the rest of Africa. We aim
to achieve this strategy through value accretive acquisitions and
growth in our existing portfolio.
