Zolani Mtshotshia holds the position of Group
Executive: Corporate and Public Affairs. He joined
Mvelaphanda Holdings in 2003 and then Mvelaphanda Group
after the merger with Rebserve in 2004. He. Prior to
that, he was the director of communication at the
Johannesburg Metropolitan Council and the Chief
Executive Officer of Saccawu Investment Holdings. Zolani
Mtshotshisa is also the non-executive chairman of
various Group companies, including TFMC and
RoyalSechaba.

Grant Pereira is the Group Operations Executive
responsible for the operations of the group, being the
portfolio of group assets which are majority controlled.
He joined Mvelaphanda Group in April 2005 as Group
Financial Manager and was appointed to his current
position in September 2007. Before joining Mvelaphanda
Group he spent five years in London working in
professional services and investment banking.

Craig Lyons joined Mvelaphanda Holdings in 1999 where
he was responsible for its building its investment
portfolio of non-mining assets. Shortly after the merger
with Rebserve he left Mvelaphanda Group to pursue
personal interests before re-joining the company in
September 2007. Prior to joining Mvelaphanda Holdings,
Craig worked in corporate finance at Standard Bank. He
sits on the boards of various Mvelaphanda Group
investments, including Life Healthcare.

Tshakalisa (Shakes) Matiwaza - Group

Shakes Matiwaza is a Group Executive responsible for
investments at Mvelaphanda Group. Prior to joining Mvela
Group he was a director in corporate finance at Standard
Bank where he spent nine years doing M&A advisory
work, after having spent 4 years in the oil industry as
a production engineer at the PetroSA plant in Mossel
Bay. Shakes joined Mvelaphanda Group in October 2007. He
sits on the boards of various Mvelaphanda Group
investments and subsidiaries, including Life Healthcare,
Avusa, Vox Telecom and Novare Holdings.
